This Privacy Policy describes how Loomi ("the app," "we," "us," or "our") handles your information. The short version is simple: we do not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit any personal data. The full policy below explains exactly what this means.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect any data from you. None. The app does not gather, request, or receive any personal or non-personal information about you or your device.

Specifically, the app does not collect any of the following:

  • Location data (precise or approximate GPS, network-based location, or region)
  • Device identifiers (device ID, advertising ID, IDFA, IDFV, IP address, or hardware identifiers)
  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number, or address book / contacts)
  • Account or profile information (we do not require or offer accounts, logins, or registration)
  • Usage or analytics data (taps, sessions, screens viewed, crash logs, or diagnostics)
  • Financial or payment information
  • Photos, camera, microphone, health, or other sensitive data
  • User-generated content transmitted off the device

2. How Data Is Processed

Because no data is collected, there is no data to process, transmit, or analyze. Any information you enter or generate while using the app remains entirely on your device. It is never sent to us, to our servers, or to any third party. We operate no servers that receive your information, and we have no ability to access anything stored locally on your device.

3. Tracking Practices

We do not track you. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party tracking technologies. We do not use cookies, pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not request permission to track under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, because we do not track.

4. Sharing and Selling of Data

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any data to third parties, because we do not collect any data in the first place. There are no advertisers, data brokers, or partners with access to your information.

5. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party services that collect data. The only data handling that may occur is performed by Apple through the App Store (for example, app download and update delivery), which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and is outside our control.

6. How to Request Data Deletion

Since we never collect or store any of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end, and no deletion request is necessary. Any data created or stored locally by the app stays on your device and is fully under your control. You can remove all such data at any time by deleting the app from your device, which also removes any local app data.

7. Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We comply with applicable children's privacy laws by design, as no data is collected from any user.

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA grant rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. These rights are effectively satisfied by our practice of collecting no data at all.

If our data practices ever change, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the version published on the App Store listing and any URL we provide.
